Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo is charing for the second consecutive day a crucial meeting between him and regional leaders in the state-house.

The leaders are discussing the electoral process, including an inclusive model for the upcoming elections which are slated for late of 2020 and early 2021.

The five regional states, namely Jubaland, Galmudug, HirShabelle, Southwest, and Puntland plus Mogadishu mayor are in attendance at the key conference.

The country’s international partners have shown support for the national dialogue aimed to end the differences over the polls model to avoid delay of the election deadline.
